A NEW YORK CITY LANDMARK

The Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue is a world-renowned New York City landmark. Built-in 1922, the once named New York Central Building, was created as part of Terminal City—construction of buildings that served as the meeting point of all newly electrified trains and Grand Central. Its iconic façade, arched viaducts, and interiors have been featured in movies like The Godfather, A.I., and The Dark Knight.
